Fees Modifications
Course fess and offers of vsit are subject to change without notice. While we make sure to provide most accurate and up-to-date information, in some cases few details on our web site might not be priced correctly. This might happen due to human errors, digital images, technical error or a mismatch in pricing information, Vsit reserves the right to change prices for all our courses, offers or deals. These changes are done due to market conditions, course termination, price changes, errors in advertisements and other mitigating circumstances. However the price you paid at the time of purchase still holds for you.

Prior Agreement
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any additional guidelines, rules, and/or disclaimers posted on the Website constitutes the entire agreement governing Your use of our Website and supersedes any prior agreements, if any, relating to any matter dealt within this Agreement.

Job Guarantee Program(s)
In case You want to register for placement programs, Please read the eligibilty criteria Here carefully prior to Your enrollment. Inability to fulfill the said criteria will result in termination of the placement program.

Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling yourself in our courses. We ensure that our studentss have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and learn from our courses.

But we still have terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you enroll for a course at VSIT, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund or Cancellation Policy for online classes:
VSIT, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a class because of instructor illness or force-major events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)
  • The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training for more than 1 day's session or have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
  • No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
  • In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.
  • If the student doesn’t turn up on the given schedule for 3 consecutive days then no refund will be provided.
  • Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days, post review and approval of any such request.

Refund Cancellation Policy for offline classes:
  • The refund request will not be accpted after you have attended the second class of the schedule.
  • No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
  • In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.
  • If the student doesn't turn up on the given schedule for 3 consecutive days then no refund will be provided.
  • Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days, post review and approval of any such request.

Refunds On Duplicate Payments:
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the student/guardian will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days.

VSIT reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
